We tailor size, surface finish and construction to your brief, add branded trims (swing tags, woven labels, wash labels, embroidery/print), and keep packaging practical and low-waste so your plush arrives retail-fresh and ready to delight.
Brief & Consultation
Send sketches, visuals or a short written brief. We’ll advise on sizing, construction and safety considerations, then translate everything into a clear specification for sampling.
Hand Sample & Feedback
We create a hand-made prototype for your review. You’ll check shape, proportions, fabrics and branding details; we refine until you’re happy to sign off for production. Sampling fee: £20 per sample, courier included. If you proceed with production, this fee is credited against your order.
Production & Compliance
After approval, we start mass production with our trusted, certified manufacturing partners. Quality checks run throughout; EN71/UKCA (and related) testing is included in our project quotations, with documentation supplied as required. Products can be developed for different age grades—including 0+—subject to design and safety review.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard projects ship by sea freight, and our quotations include delivery to your receiving address. If your timeline is tight, tell us at the outset—we’ll discuss accelerated workflows and alternative shipping options.

A simple brief works: sketches or reference images, approximate size, any branding guidelines and key dates. We’ll advise construction and safety considerations before sampling.
For custom OEM, the typical MOQ is 2,000 units per style. If you need colour/size/accessory splits within one style, we’ll review case-by-case. No-MOQ applies only to UK-stock wholesale (non-custom).
Hand samples usually take 7–15 days. The sampling fee is £20 per sample (courier included) and is credited when you place the bulk order.
Yes. We develop to the age grade required (including 0+, subject to design constraints) and include EN71/UKCA testing in the project quotation. Additional standards for other markets can be arranged on request.
